He started M/s Delight Bulb Industry in the year 1983. He sphere headed the Company since inception. A leader, a visionary and an innovator, during his college days he dreamed to be an entrepreneur. His leadership has made the Company a major player in Automobile Industry. In spite of initial struggling phase he fought hard and builds Delight Bulb Industry a respectable and trustworthy name in Automobile Industry. Passion of manufacturing and establishing own brand name has helped him to build this Company.
He is a qualified Electrical Engineer and a meritorious student in his academic career. Because of the phenomenal efforts by Mr. Anil Deole this Industry is presently having its strong footprints in Automobile Industry.

Mrs.Uma Anil Deole is working as Director – Operations in the Company. She has over 25 years of experience in Automobile Lighting Industry. She joinedM/s Delight Bulb Industry in the year 1990.

Initially she was handling production department. Presently she is head of Operations. During the tough times of the Company she stands by and helped to pull out the Company from problems through her innovative ideas in production processes. She is passionate about acclimating new processes and technologies for betterment of the product.

She is a qualified Science Graduatefrom Pune University and a meritorious student in her academic career.

Mrs. Uma Deole believes that innovation and adaption of new technology is the key for success in every field. She has played a crucial role in transforming the Company’s production process from semi-automatic unit to Automatic unit.

Mr. Rajeev Deole, holds the position of Director – Marketing in the Company. He received bachelor’s degree in Science from Mumbai University in the year 2006 and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis College, Pune in the year 2008. He has around 10 years of experience in Marketing. First 2-3 years he worked for betterment of production techniques and quality control. His dynamic ideas for marketing the products helped the Company to spread its reach in market. He is passionate about achieving extensive market reach. Presently he is heading Auto Electronic as well as Auto Bulb divisions in the Company. Through his innovative ideas the Company is planning to extend its reach in entire India.
He is one of the youngest entrepreneur in Automobile Industry. He is bridging the gap between Company and the end customer by focusing on quality of the products beyond customer expectations.Mr. Rajeev strongly believes that the top quality products with reasonable price and best customer service are the three ways to make strong footprints in market.

Mr.Saurabh Deole, holds the position of Director – Finance and Legal in the Company. He is one of the youngest entrepreneur in Automobile Industry. Apart from Finance and Legal domain he is contributing in strategic decision making and product diversification.
He has around 6 years of experience in Finance and Legal field. During his tenure with the Company, he implemented various internal financial policies for the Company which helped to reduce cost. He is having experience in working with big brands in Industries such as Honeywell, Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Fluxonix Corporation. His varied experience assisted the Company to have an edge over its competitors.
Mr. Saurabh is having glorious academic career. He received a bachelor’s degree in Management from University of Mumbai with distinction. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Delhi. He also completed bachelor’s degree in Law from Pune University with specialization in Corporate Laws. Further to get the knowledge of complex financial and management accounting he completed CMA from ICAI.
Through his innovative ideas the Company is planning to extend its reachin OEM as well as International markets. Mr.Saurabh strongly believes that the innovative ideas coupled with dedication and strong desire opens the avenues for success.
